SHIPPING + RETURNS


SHIPPING

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. If a product is described as ‘Pre-Order’ or ‘Made-to-Order’, the item will processed and shipped after the advised date.

We offer domestic and international shipping for orders. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. You can track parcels via the supplied tracking number found in the shipping confirmation email.

RETURNS

To initiate a return, please email customerservice@michaelfausto.com with your order number and reason for return. Additionally, make sure you meet the following requirements:

- The return must be generated within 10 days of its delivery date and shipped within 10 days of initial request.

- The item must be in its original condition. This means we’ll only accept your return if the item was not worn or altered.

- The return must include the item’s original packaging and attached tags.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. All domestic and international return fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Michael Fausto reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not follow our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

EXCEPTIONS

CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES ARE NOT ELIBLE TO BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. FOR INQUIRIES REGARDING POTENTIAL DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS, PLEASE EMAIL SALES@MICHAELFAUSTO.COM.

SHOULD A CUSTOM OR MADE-TO-ORDER PIECE REQUIRE ALTERATIONS, WE WILL REIMBURSE UP TO $75 (WITH PROOF OF RECEIPT FROM TAILOR).

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will proceed to send you an email to confirm receipt of item in addition to the status of your refund, whether approved or rejected.

If approved, a refund will be processed and a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at check out. Once processed, a credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. Please note your bank or financial institution might require additional time to process the refund to your account.
